We all know banks allow us to withdraw money from ATM and have monthly limits and if we withdraw beyond that limit then we need to pay a penalty for that. I have never paid that penalty because I don't often withdraw cash.

How Often Do You Withdraw cash from ATM? Have you Ever paid any penalty for extra withdrawal?

I guess I am old school. I have lived my entire life operating with cash for all exchanges. I usually withdraw a few hundred dollars from the ATM once a month to add to whatever is in my pocket and that is all I use for my daily purchases. My monthly SS check is a direct deposit into my account. I never even did that until after I retired. I used to just cash my paycheck and only deposited what I had to for paying bills by check. The rest was just pocket change, even into the thousands.

There have been times I collected too much to carry so I just slap the excess in one of my investments. I look enough like a bum that I would fit right in at the homeless soup kitchen. No one has ever even thought of robbing me. I've never been accosted for the cash in my pocket,

I always have a high enough balance in my account that I never encounter any bank fees on any bank activity. I didn't even know there were fees for using the ATM.

Not often because there are very few ATMs left in the city where I live.

I've never paid a penalty for an extra withdrawal. In fact, from memory, the account I have doesn't have penalties for that. It would only cost extra if I used a 'foreign' ATM (one from a different bank).

I withdraw money from ATM almost all the time but I don't overdraw as there is no room for such in Nigeria

Samr here in my country if you withdraw from other banks ATM you would be charged some fees. So one has to be careful

Even from same bank ATM, you can withdraw 4-6 times a month only

Yes if you don't want to always spend on the go. Buying with your card would be better than with cash

Well, with my savings account I can withdraw as many times as I want. But you would not get the interest forr that

I hardly withdraw cash since i use my credit cards to make payments online and of i want to give cash to anyone i will male a transfer from my account to the persons own so basically i do cashless most of the times with this cashless its has really helped me alot.

Same for me too but instead of swiping I prefer to pay online and we can pay online at stores even with our credit cards so its best
