Are You Good At Sticking With A Budget?

Postby JASPREET » 14 Jan 2025, 08:43

Having a monthly budget can really help us save money as we will know where we need to spend and in case we are spending more then we will know where we are spending the most and can work to reduce the expenses or find a way to reduce that.

I have never had a budget for my daily life or the business I ran for 25 years. I depend on my natural gyroscope to keep me on course during any decision making activity (more commonly known as common sense) and that has served me well for 86 years, so why change now?

Since age is no longer creeping up on me, but rushing in like an NFL ball carrier on 4th down from the 1 yard line. it's very simple.

I absolutely love spending money, especially on clothes. However, I'm a smart shopper and also live within my means. So if money's tight, I can be very, very disciplined and find it easy to stick to my budget.

You'll be surprised! Some people don't bother drawing up a budget and prefer to spend blindly. I couldn't live like that

Re: Are You Good At Sticking With A Budget?

Postby Alexandoy » 01 Feb 2025, 23:34

Since the time I started working, I already have been budgeting my expenses. But I have to admit that most of the time my budgeting failed because of my natural tendency to overspend especially when it is for helping someone close to me. Today I received a message that a friend who owes me said she couldn't pay the installment because of budgetary problems. That also affected my own budget for this month.
