So, I jumped on a mini-trampoline for an hour or 2 before bed and never had a stomach! I was slim and trim, with no illnesses or any health problems.

It is better not to eat too close to bedtime - I read that it encourages weight gain. I've also read that exercising too close to bed time isn't good because it can make it harder to get to sleep, but I suppose it's not that way for everyone and it sounds like it was working well for you. Mini trampolines are great. My Mum has one and she loves it.

I jumped in front of a mirror so that I would not fall off and jumped to music on a rock station or Van Halen's cassette tape called 1984.
Loosing weights has to do with mindset and discipline. You can’t say you want to lose weight but you still eat everything you are not suppose to eat.Netherrealmer wrote:carb is the enemy though. I avoid carbs like a plague these days,

WHOLEWHEAT food items are key.
Also, eat less, eat healthy, be active, sleep, drink water, cut right back on sugar. Someone once told me to always stop eating the minute I feel full. I know there's always pressure to finish what's on your plate, but these days I refuse to stuff my face full just to be polite.
When I was on the no-carbs diet, I dropped a lot of weight, but I coudn't keep it up beyond three years because I refuse to give up bread.
