The 10 Safest Airlines That Have Never Crashed (And 5 You Should Avoid)

The world is grieving. In just one day, two devastating aviation tragedies have unfolded, claiming the lives of many. Azerbaijan Airlines suffered a fatal crash, and Jeju Air experienced a horrifying incident, landing without wheels and resulting in a catastrophic loss of life. These events serve as stark reminders of how fragile life can be and how critical safety is in aviation.

And let’s not forget one of the greatest mysteries in aviation history: Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370, which disappeared without a trace in 2014. Despite extensive searches and investigations, its final resting place remains unknown, leaving families and the world without closure. These tragedies weigh heavily on all of us, but they also prompt an important question: which airlines have proven themselves the safest over time?

Today, we’re shining a light on airlines with impeccable safety records—those that have consistently prioritized passenger safety and maintained a spotless history. These are the carriers that give us hope and reassurance in the skies. At the same time, we’ll also address airlines with troubling safety records to help you make informed decisions.

Here’s our comprehensive countdown of the 10 safest airlines that have never crashed, followed by five you might want to avoid.

Flying is one of the safest modes of travel, but as these recent events have shown, tragedies can still happen. Choosing an airline with a strong safety record is one way to ease your mind and ensure your journey is as safe as it is enjoyable. Safe travels to you and your loved ones.

It's interesting to read that some major airlines have never had a fatal passenger incident. Hopefully it continues that way for a long time to come.

I highly suggest not using United Airlines. Remember, they once beat up a doctor just to randomly eject some passengers so their extra employees could have seats. The doctor refused to sacrifice his seat because he had an upcoming surgery, so they beat him up and dragged him off the airplane. United Airlines also has countless complaints because their employees are unfriendly and the service is terrible. I would definitely avoid using this airline, but many people still choose them because they’re very cheap.

Two major airplane crashes in the US in this month alone has made headlines. Though considered the safest mode of travel, air travel has its own share of ill fates.
We can just do our part to choose one with the safest record.
