What does salmon taste like? Every so often, a friend gives my roommate and I a huge bag of salmon which we then give the bag to our neighbor who loves salmon. We hate to tell our friend no. He is very generous. Atleast the salmon is going to a good home, right?

Salmon is so forgiving too.. hard to mess it up even if you are not a great cook. Just season it.. throw it in the oven or pan for like 15 minutes and you've got a solid meal. Plus all those omega-3s are great for you.

It has a rich kind of buttery flavor.. not super fishy like some seafood. It's pretty mild actually which is why a lot of people who don't usually like fish will eat salmon. You should try..
