Besides being a vegetarian by recommendation, I have always loved meat. During my early days, I didn't even know that meat was classified in two ways including the white and red. As I grew up, I started seeing the difference based on what others said. But after undergoing a series of health issues, now am able to tell that indeed white meat is different from the red one with each having it's pros and cons.
Besides the common differences being where the meat comes from for examples red from mostly animals and while white from poultry, both meat provide essential nutrients with slightly different health effects this allowing once to make a choice.
