While there is no doubt foods that heal play a role in one' s health there are times when supplements play that role too specfially when specified foods are not available or one gets fed up of eating them. For example carrot juice is good for one's eyes but can one drink it every day, whereas the supplement Lutein takes care of it and taking a capsule every day will not bore anyone.
