The better your reviews and the more reviews you have on your products and services, the easier it is to sell. For example, having 100 4-star reviews makes it easier to sell than having only 3 5-star reviews. So, how can you get good reviews?
The first rule of getting 5 start reviews is to sell good product and service. Providing high-quality products and services is essential for getting good reviews. Quality matters to customers. If your customers are happy, they will give you positive reviews. If you have a lot of happy customers, you will have a lot of positive reviews. If you have a lot of positive reviews, you will have a lot of sales.
Some other factors that affect positive reviews are:
1. Customer Service: Providing good customer service leads to better reviews, even if the customer was not initially happy with the product or service. Let’s say you offered writing service but your client was not happy. You can offer revision service to impress your customers.
2. Faster Shipping: Customers don't like waiting a long time for their orders. Offering quicker shipping can make them happier. When you ship faster, you also get paid faster. So, faster shipping benefits both.
3. Free Shipping: Offering free shipping can lead to positive reviews, even if your product is a bit pricier than your competitors. If you are selling physical products, it is very important that you offer free shipping, even if it means to increase your selling price or cutting your profit margin.
4. After-Sales Service: Following up with customers through emails or messaging apps can help you stay in touch and receive 5-star reviews. A lot of people, even when they are satisfied, do not bother with leaving reviews, therefore, after sales service is very important.
5. Competitive Pricing: Offering competitive prices can attract more customers, thus, more reviews.
