It's really important to make it easy for the people coming to help you to get inside. If you can, unlock your door so they can get to you quickly. If you haven't fallen down or anything, try lying on the sofa or sitting on a comfy chair while you wait for help to arrive.
Chew an Aspirin
If you don't have any heart medicine with you, chewing an aspirin might actually help a bit. It can make your blood a bit thinner, which might be helpful during a heart attack. It's not a guaranteed fix, but when you're all by yourself and feeling really sick, it could make a difference until the ambulance comes.
Stay Calm
