We should always have a sense of gratitude, and be thankful.

Are you not sometimes like prison from this numbers? Like when friends call you out from some dinner and you are only one who will not eat, does not bother you or others?

Quite often, I do not want too much rest. I have heard the saying though, "If you are tired, do not give up, just rest."

What is hilarious is that when my house is immaculate, not one person shows up. When my house is a mess, all kinds of people show up!

the same with me, it makes me nervous when someone shows up and I don't have a clean house at all.

I disagree about soda.
What if you are constantly near an alcoholic or are an alcoholic yourself? Drink water every single day forever?

There are other options besides soda and alcohol- fruit juice, milk, cordial, hot chocolate, non alcoholic beer or wine, mocktails, tea, coffee etc.
Soda is certainly better than alcohol if you're an alcoholic (not to mention cheaper), but quitting it would help a person to cut down on sugar if they were in the habit of drinking it a lot.

Nah. You can overdo it with things like anti-bacterial soap and hand sanitiser. Antibacterial products leave residue on your skin that can breed resistance in the surviving bacteria, making it stronger and harder to kill. That's how we end up with anti-biotic resistant strains of diseases that we don't know how to treat.

Regular soap is fine unless you are recommended to use anti-bacterial soap on your body by a doctor (eg. my partner once was recommended to for a short time when he had an excess of Staph bacteria causing boils). Use deodorant if you have a problem with BO. Also, frankly I think everyone should loosen up a bit about that. If you live in a hot climate or you do physical labour it's normal to sweat, and sometimes you're going to smell a little bit. No big deal.

Yes it is.
I have a sign on my wall that says "start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can".
