Three Best Canva Alternatives (Yes, These Are Completely Free)

Postby Mika » 08 Apr 2023, 01:46

Graphic designing skill is very essential if you want to become successful online. That’s because no matter what you do, you need graphic designing skills. From blogging to vlogging, marketing to social media content creation, and digital product creation to selling products online, you need graphic designing skills. However, the problem with graphic designing is you will have to spend a long time mastering design software like Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc. That’s where easy-to-use drag-and-drop design tool like Canva comes in place. Canva is so easy to use that you can create amazing designs within minutes even when you are completely new to Canva.

Here are three Canva Alternatives that you can try completely free and you might even find these tools better than Canva in some ways.

Studio.Polotno.com

This drag-and-drop design tool works exactly like Canva. You will have to choose an appropriate template and then edit your template to create a design. The design platform is even integrated with an AI design tool that will allow you to create AI-Generated images for your design needs. You can download your graphics in high resolutions. The best part is you do not even have to sign up to create your design.

Adobe Express

This is a free-to-use design tool from Adobe (the maker of multiple design tools including Photoshop). Designing is so easy that you can start with the template most appropriate for your design requirement, you can either create your custom canvas size or use existing canvas for posters, social media stories, social media ads, logos, banners, covers, etc. Visit Express.Adobe.com to start now.

PosterMyWall.com

This tool is my personal favorite. It offers more categories for templates, has premium quality templates for completely free use and designing is very simple. Since the design tool offers categories for almost all niches, you do not have to create your custom canvas size, which makes easing very quickly. For example, you can choose a restaurant template either to create a flyer for the restaurant or a restaurant menu. From creating graphics for resumes to creating album covers, book covers, newsletters, PosterMyWall covers almost anything you can think of. What makes this tool better than Canva is you can download your design in high resolution so that it will come out in print and you do not have to pay money to download print-quality design.

Conclusion

You can use Canva for free, however, the major problem with Canva is most of the good templates are paid. As a free user, you cannot also download transparent background, SVG format, or high resolution. That’s where the Canva alternatives come in place.

You can also search online for Free CSS Templates and skip past the ads to find some very attractive ones that I edit with Notepad++ for free. I have built dozens of websites this way.

Even though PosterMyWall also has a premium version the free version is as good as the Canva Premium version.

Another good option is to buy an older version of Photoshop Elements and skip the monthly subscription payments.

You will have to spend weeks learning photoshop, even months to master your skills.

Purchase an earlier version of Photoshop Elements as an alternative to paying a monthly subscription fee.
