The third one is to climb the corporate ladder from a mere employee. The global economy needs more CEOs as they provide jobs to people. It is a responsibility that can be a burden on your shoulders. One Mistake and many of your employees will lose jobs. Here are some cautionary tales every aspiring CEO should know.

John "Papa John"Schnatter


Papa John was a Rags to riches American dream story. He sold his car so he can start a Pizzeria and his Pizzas are so good it become a global phenomenon. I mean There are Papa John's branch in many countries. It all started when NFL quarterback refused to kneel during the US National Anthem at an NFL game. He did it as a Protest because of the Police Brutality against Against African Americans that leads to deaths. He was protesting against racism. He inspired other NFL players to do the same.
Well Aside from being a vocal Trump Supporter, Papa John criticized the NFL players who protested against Police violence. His polarizing statements plummeted the sales of Papa John's which forces him to step down as CEO.



Here is an interview of him about the issue.


To make it worst he made a statement like "Why people are more forgiving of Colonel Sanders, He said the N-word"

Gerald Ratner

His company is called Ratner's. It was a Jewelry store that sells Jewelry made of gold and precious stones for a very affordable price. In a corporate speech, He tried to make a joke in attempt to make the audience laugh. He said that his product are crap. This speech almost killed his company.



That speech made him lost almost billions of dollars.

Ike Perlmutter



This a-hole is hated by many Marvel fans, I am not talking about MCU fans, I am talking about Marvel comics. Once upon a time X-men was Marvel's top franchise and top seller. When Marvel have a financial struggle, In able to survive, They sold the Exclusive movie rights for X-men and Fantastic 4 to Fox. Marvel still owns X-men but the movie rights is for Fox only. That means Fox owned all X-men characters, All Mutant characters , All Fantastic four characters and Deadpool. Yes Deadpool is not a Mutant but he is an X-men character, He was their villain in the past.

When MCU was Born, Marvel tried to buy movie rights of the FOX MCU characters back but Fox refuses.

That made Ike Perlmutter a Petty Jerk so he decided to ruin X-men and mutant characters. Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are daughter and son of Magneto. These siblings are Mutants. Well Ike Perlmutter made the stupid plot that Scarlet Witch and QuickSilver are not son and daughter of Magneto. They were retconned to be not Mutants too so they can be used for Avengers movies.

Oh Many big Marvel Events like Civil War, Infinity War, end game etc have X-men characters heavily involved but they are removed from those movies. Marvel continues to make money with X-men comics and merchandise but Perlmutter hates that Fox have movie rights for X-men and not Marvel so he decided to replace mutants with Inhumans.
He even made a tv show about them to brainwash Marvel fans to forget the existence of Mutants.


This angered many fans:


There is a popular Marvel superhero group called "The runaways" Its a group of teenagers who runs away from their parents when they found out they are supervillains. One of the members of the team is Molly Hayes, An 11 year old Mutant who is like strong as the Hulk.



Well because she is Mutant, they replaced her with an Inhuman hispanic girl named Molly Hernandez. Who is a serious teenager instead of a funny little girl and she doesn't have the personality of Hayes because Fox owns mutants.

Perlmutter gives everything on his power to sabotage X-men and mutant characters just because they cant use them on MCU. The backlash made Marvel lost a lot of Comics sales.

Aside from X-men characters that he sabotaged. He made these stupid decisions.

Have Jane Foster (Thor's girlfriend) takeover for the Thor title and make the real Thor Unworthy.


For the sake of "diversity" he retires Bruce Banner as Incredible Hulk and replace him with Amadeus Cho because it's the only idea he have on his head to have an Asian superhero.



Kill off Tony Stark as Ironman so Marvel can have an African American girl takeover his mantel.


I am all for diversity but you know original characters are better than replacement characters. Perlmutter tries too much with these replacement characters that fans never ask for. Marvel movies are doing well because Perlmutter have no control. Comics Sales are dying because of him.

This Lady is slowly killing Youtube right now by demonetizing innocent channels while keeping controversial channels like Animal cruelty channels, Elsagate channels and bad influence Vloggers monetized. Small Youtubers are getting punished for violations they never do while actual violators are still not banned.

Perlmutter is just being a petty egomaniac who wants to control everything. The fact that Disney will eventually buy Fox shows how stupid Perlmutter is. He destroyed a product that use to cause Billions.

Me neither but I think in that case it bring him more popularity and marketing value. There was weird kids names from other celebrity but nothing like this. This move help him in marketing sence. If you talk about him, Tesla company value jump.

Marvel Demoted Perlmutter but still haven't fired him but he have no power anymore. A comic book artist took his place and he is now trying to fix all the damage Perlmutter did. Whats with companies hiring CEO who have no interest on the market and will even insult the market like Pearlmutter. Perlmutter is not even a comic fan.

CEO position comes with a lot of responsibilities and it seems some people do not understand this, any action of theirs is being monitored and can influence how people think of their companies.
The case of Gerald ratner for instance shows that he didn't understand how his speech means a lot to Listeners. No one would ever believe it was a joke when he said his products are crap.
For Susan wojcicki, I believe more people would speak up and she would definitely reconsider her decisions. Demonetization of innocent channels is devastating and the owners would find it hard to cope.

I wish they arrested ger when they found her sleeping in her car, the police would have avoided all this drama. It's so sad how the police are now busy defending their actions all over the news.

Why is youtube demonetizing videos and doing this to people? People are sad cause they cannot earn from the ads and you earn nothing. Have you seen how mean she looks. I am even terrified of her.
The platform has held violent or explicit videos made to look like content for children(such as pepper pig) of which my daughter cries blood to watch and she is just 6years old.


But there are still videos with bad content. There are even pedophiles communicating with each other on the platform. I think she is unfair and selfish. Even after the shooting, zero sentiments. I think she is cold-blooded. She even ignores some people. I think that is bad for PR. I wonder whose advising her.

I think she should support dedicated creators who have been on the platform for a while now.
