Pop The future of beauty

Postby Netherrealmer » 09 Oct 2020, 06:32

They said that beauty is skin deep and only inner beauty matters in the end. Well, I don't buy that crap because outer beauty is power. This world is a shallow place that if an ugly person and a good looking person with the same qualification applies for the same job it is a good looking person who will get hired. Also, the majority of people who have dating problems are not good looking. The majority of Billionaires are ugly as sin but beauty can be as powerful as money if you know how to use it properly. Today I want to show you some technology in development for the world of beauty.

Stem Cell grown Teeth

This technology intends to end dentures once in for all. The scientists are trying to make adults grow teeth again so they won't need dentures and tooth implants. Why is this technology still in development? Well, there are botched trials where the tooth grows on the skin instead. This technology will not be available on public until they perfected it.

Gray hair reversal-
four years ago scientists discovers the gene that causes gray hair.

Now scientists are working hard to find how to stop that gene. Once they figure out a way to stop it, Goodbye Gray, white, and
silver hair.

Permanent eye color change via laser

Many ethnic people envied Caucasians because of their blue eyes. Four years ago there is a technology that uses a laser to remove the brown pigment of dark-eyed people so they can have the highly desired blue eyes. By far only Costa Rica had legalized this surgery because the risk and dangers are still there. For sure somewhere in the future, scientists will find a way to make this technology safer and cheaper. This technology is irreversible so the eye color change is permanent.

There is also a technology where a permanent contact lens is used to change eye color. This permanent contact lens can be removed via surgery if the person wanted their original eye color back.

Cheaper Stemcell facials

Decades ago, People have facelift surgery to look younger but after multiple surgeries, it ruins the person's face because it looks way too stretched to look human. Then botox came, Botox is more presentable and it's non-surgical but it makes the person lose emotions on their face.

Now the craze to preserve skin beauty is via stem cells. Stemcells looks more natural because it uses the person's own cells but this treatment is too expensive. In the future, I believe this technology will finally become affordable to lower-middle-class people at least.

A.I makeup - Yup there is now a technology under development were an AI computer will scan your face and it will be spray painted makeup on your face. So makeup artists are in danger of losing their jobs with robots as well. I can see somewhere in the future there will be places in malls where people can either pay via card or insert coin to have AI apply makeup on them.

Scientist made all things we have now but they are not rich. They made stuff but others sell it and earn money. There is big difference.

Usually its the companies that funds scientists who gets rich. Nikola Tesla and Hedy Lamarr would have been billionaires if scientists get rich from their research and inventions.

A 3d printer plastic surgery machine is also in development. Basically it will peel your face then 3d print a new face using stem cells on your face.

I think they wanted it to be available once they perfected the method and its botch free. Now there is a high botch rate that people could grow teeth on their cheeks.

I commend the advancement of such technology but I personally wouldn't go there. It's just too weird for me. I'm not perfect but I'm very comfortable in my skin.

Exactly the same here, some of these future improvements in beauty area are almost creepy. Imagine what could happen if your digital make-up isn't well done
the most natural for me is the skin treatment with stemcells.

I will definitely dabble in stemcells if I can afford it. I mean it can cure cancer and it came from your own body.

I wouldn't mind to try it too but, as you said, is too expensive nowdays. Maybe if they decide to use it to treat some diseases it will be more affordable.

I think the cheapest way to attain it is to marry a stem cell research scientist or hope one of your kids will be a stem cell research scientist.

It's all a bit late for me but and I don't mind growing old gracefully. I colour my hair, wear makeup and I have a couple of tooth crowns but that's it. Inner beauty is more important. Let's hope that cancer will be wiped out one day .. they can send men to the moon but they still can't sort this one out.

AI might prove to be a danger for makeup artists. But I still doubt if it can ever take the feel of a person listening to you and your concerns and then attending to your make up needs. I mean as an individual I would always prefer that personal interaction and comfort of having a make-up artist who can connect to me.
I am okay with the way I am and I would not spend a fortune to look different. I am happy the way I am. I agree that outer beauty is what gets you attracted but it definitely fades away soon. It is the inner beauty and strength that counts in the longer run. We should just carry ourselves in a presentable and graceful way. I would love to age gracefully.
But yes these techniques can be boon in a way. It would be good to see adults grown teeth and don't need a denture. I mean any technology that helps people stay fit, feel good and lead a quality life even after ripe age is always a welcome step.

Not just today. There was always important part of life for youths. From first using of dirt on face to make something different, first dress code. Beauty was always important part of our life during history.

You remember when men were popular with their hats?

Well it is not as creepy as 3d printing plastic surgery where the machine will peel off your face and make a new face using stem cells. Yes it is in development.
