If you are into intermittent fasting then this is the app you should be using. It's simple and free to use app. And it is available for both android and iOS as well. Sometimes we don't know where to start and most of the professional advice out there is expensive. In such case 21 day hero is one such app which allows you to get the professional advice. And also you can plan the various fasting and diet chart based on your health condition. This is a good alternative for those who want paid profesional help. For intermediate fasting this is a good app to try out.

This app is perfect if you are new to this. And you can understand what phase your body is going through when you make the fast. This type of the approach is useful for you when you are planning for long term fasting. The app has one limitation that it is only available for Android right now. And it may not be available for the iOS as of now. But hopefully in near future. The app is free of cost and worth using as well.

The app is free of cost to download and I personally didn't noticed any form of in app purchase. But maybe they may go with the premium plan in near future as well.
