Diet Apps for Fasting You Should Check out

Postby skysnap » 23 Aug 2020, 12:06

There are many intermittent fasting trends going on instagram and facebook. And the thing is that it is hard to verify that information. So it's better to check out some of the professional apps which can be a good guide for you for various types of diets. And also you can use it for fasting and other workout routine. So here are some of the apps that you can use.

Zero

If you are into intermittent fasting then this is the app you should be using. It's simple and free to use app. And it is available for both android and iOS as well. It has various tracking features like mood tracking and a gamificaiton option for the app. So you get to use various simple yet effective features for the app. You can also learn from the app on various health and diet specific things.

21 Day Hero

Sometimes we don't know where to start and most of the professional advice out there is expensive. In such case 21 day hero is one such app which allows you to get the professional advice. And also you can plan the various fasting and diet chart based on your health condition. This is a good alternative for those who want paid profesional help. For intermediate fasting this is a good app to try out.

Fasting App

This app is perfect if you are new to this. And you can understand what phase your body is going through when you make the fast. This type of the approach is useful for you when you are planning for long term fasting. The app has one limitation that it is only available for Android right now. And it may not be available for the iOS as of now. But hopefully in near future. The app is free of cost and worth using as well.

Vora

If you are trying to stick to a habit and want other people to help you cheer along the way. In such case you can make use of the Vora type app. And that would help you alot to keep track on your actions. The app is free of cost to download and I personally didn't noticed any form of in app purchase. But maybe they may go with the premium plan in near future as well.

I have currently installed zero and vora on my phone. And both of them are pretty much good enough as an information source. I'd recommend you to check out the two apps and you can find out if you can use it for right purpose. Hopefully you may also find other apps useful for your information. Do let me know if you have any used any other apps not listed here.

I am nolonger able to fast however much I like the act. This ulcer seems chronic and however much I take medication, it doesn't seem to work. I am hoping that people who are fasting-able will make use of these apps and manage their fasting. Nice article by the way.

Nice one, for me I am using lifesum. Though it is not just for fasting, it is an app that helps you calculate the amount of calories in your food, and helps you manage how much calories you need to eat if you want to loose weight, depending on your choice

Working on a New Side-Hustle

Since age is no longer creeping up on me, but rushing in like an NFL ball carrier on 4th down from the 1 yard line. it's very simple.

That would be why they said "it's not just for fasting".
