You can use LinkCollider to drive traffic to your site as well as build followers for your social accounts. It is also better than most of the TE as it gives 30 seconds timer, which is enough for ad impression.

This is very true, but only if you don't care to learn how to use them. My blog has a #1 listing on Google search and the primary advertising I use is free traffic exchanges. In fact the blog is about a free traffic exchange.
