Health is simply the state of being free from illness or injury. Also, it is the level of functional and metabolic efficiency of a living organism. As defined by World Health Organization (WHO), it is a "State of complete physical, mental, and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." A person's health is the condition of their body and the extent to which it is free from. So, all of us want to be healthy mentally and physically. Health is the degree to measure how much we have moment in our life. Nowadays, almost all of the people are eager to maintain their health everytime. So, they maintain balanced diet, exercise and also, they become free from stress, pain and depression.
Being overweight is one of the state of unhealthy body. So, our body weight should be maintained to become healthy. There are several ways to loose weight. I will write those ways below. So, please read them thoroughly.
1. Schedule workouts.
Write down your workout plan so that this will help hold you accountable. Also, it will definitely compel you to stick to that workout schedule each day until you reach to your goal. Also, you can join any of your friends who also want to loose weight. So, you will get motivated to exercise regularly.
2. Don't be discouraged to
face your difficulties
Remember,"Someday everything will make perfect is sense. So for now, laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears, and keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason." Also, you have to fight some of the bad days of your life. If you were able to believe in santa claus for like 8 years, you can believe in yourself for like 5 minutes. If it's still in your mind, it is worth taking the risk. Remember, not to look back until you reach to your goal. Failure is only the opportunity to begin again only this time more wisely.
3. Consider using a personal
trainer/coach

4. Drink plenty of water
It's important to drink enough water throughout the day to stay hydrated. Scarcity of water in the body makes us feel hungry. Drinking water helps maintain the balance of body fluids. Also, it can help in controlling calories in our body. "What works with weight loss is if you choose water or a non-caloric beverage over a caloric beverage and/or eat a diet higher in water-rich foods that are healthier, more filling, and help you trim calorie intake," says Penn State researcher Barbara Rolls, Phd author of The Volumetrics Weight Control Plan. Also, water helps energize muscles. It helps in making our skin to look good. When there is plenty of water in the body, our skin functions as a protective barrier to prevent excess fluid loss.
