4 Tips to Help You If You Feel Like Hating to Go To Work

Postby grecy0905 » 31 May 2017, 16:09

We all have jobs. We all have things to do, regardless if it is part time or full time. There are times we find demotivated to go to work because we are too tired, exhausted, or just plain tardy. Sometimes we just don’t feel like working. Some reasons might be about your personal problem, illness, about the work itself or you have someone at work that you really hate to be with. There are lots of reasons to mention actually, however, how can we earn money if we don’t want to work?

In order to earn money, we need to provide service for our employer. We need to apply our skills and experience to get the job done. Personality counts in working because positivity really matters. Problem arises when you became negative with everything. In this article, I personally want to share you my technique on how I push myself to go to work every day.

Remember All that You Did Before Getting that Job
Before you get a job offer, you need to apply for specific job. If you find yourself demotivated to go to work because tardiness arises, remember all you spend from transportation and documents you process during your application. Remember what you have been through during the Interview. If you had no difficulty in the application, then you are lucky. However, not all are lucky in their interviews. They felt exhausted after it and sometimes they felt terrible after. If you got the job, had the job contract sign and you are now working but feel tardy, you need to go back to day one of your job hunting to push yourself to go to work. Remember job hunting is never easy that is why you need to be grateful you have a job.

Remember Your Reason for Getting a Job
What are your reasons? Do you have a family to provide? Do you have a sibling that you need to support with education? Do you have your own family or kids to support? Do want to have your own house? Do you want to travel? There are lots of reasons. Life is not easy. If you do not work, how can you save money and provide to the reason you have? If you think you don’t have reason, then you just think of the things you want to buy in the future to keep you inspire. Mostly the reason is to have something you own like house or business.

Healthy Food, Vitamins, Exercise, Yoga and Meditation
You choose from the three of what you want to do comfortably. You need something that will enhance your brain to focus on things you need to do. Meditation and Yoga is good for you to help you with your patience and to face stress at work. Exercising is good for your body to be active and alert. It will also avoid you for getting sick. Good amount of diet, especially eating food that are good for your brain and eyes are the ways you should be doing. Taking vitamins is required too to protect you from viral illnesses.

Start to have a Goal
Without a goal, you will feel demotivated. Having a goal is something that will push yourself to improve every day. It is the first reason and every should have that. It could be a short time goal or long term one. A goal should have a plan. You should execute the plan to find the result. If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan, not the goal.

Don’t let the spirit of tardiness attack you because it gives you limit and it delays everything. A person who are growing continue learning. Learning does not always happen in one place, it should be everywhere. If you are applying to have a job, then you need to look for one. If you found one, treasure it. There are no perfect jobs as there are no perfect people. You only have control on yourself and adjustment is needed. If you want to make your dreams happen, work smart and work hard.

I agree with you, job hunting is horrible and in today's competitive world it is really hard to find a suitable job linking our major and the work we are doing. So, when we have it we should treasure it and be happy as still many people are struggling to get it. Also, without working one cannot fulfill his dreams and goals. So, we should have our goals in mind and work accordingly. :)

Good tips. I always felt better going for walks after work and getting proper rest. Sometimes though weird stress in the job made it hard to like being there but I guess in those cases its best to just suck it up, easier said then done though.

Hating going to work is like a bad dream. Having a goal on the job is vital. It can help you stay the course and achieve the mission for which you were hired. Goals can keep the fire burning in you even in the midst of feeling like you are the one that is burning in a hellish nightmare.

Thanks for the article. Having that feeling of not wanting to go to work is normal due to various reasons such as harsh working conditions, etc. I agree with all your tips. One should rewind his/her mind and think of where it all started. The challenges experienced along the way should motivate the person to work even harder. Having goals to achieve also helps to overcome this feeling.

For now, no matter how hard your life at work, better save money first for emergency. Do not ruin your performance at work by being absent because you don't feel like it. It starts on the day you signed your contract, you should be ready to all of the things you will experience on your new company. Remember there are no perfect company and always prepare for the worst.

That is correct, your goals and dreams are the fuel to get you going. You just need to remember it everyday. What I do is to read everything on my lists before going to take a bath in the morning.

It is like be careful what you wish for you might get it, but the real deal is, who are the people who are not hating work because we hate going to work of some sort but we need to do it for a living.

Yes this is true. Some of us have worked in jobs we found was not what we really wanted and we struggled to cope or like it. We can learn how to hold on but we should also be on the look out for something better suited. You cannot enjoy life hating your job.

Nice article, it an eye opener. While searching for jobs some times we get offers we are not passionate about but out of no choice we accept it, such jobs easily piss us up when there is little challenge in the job. I still advice you build interest in your present job before getting a better one.
