In this type of interview question, you need to share a detailed story about the time you experienced stress. This is not about the stress that you feel. This is all about how you handle the situation and to give them confidence that you can really handle it. Site an example that you were really stressful, a detailed one and how you acted on that stress. This is for them to get the clear picture.
The Answer Should not put Stress in a Negative Side
Be careful in answering this one. Do not tell your employer that you faced stress once and you do not do anything about it. Do not tell that you allow stress to eat you because you are pressured. This is the time for you to analyze what happened in the past and learn to share the story in a manner that you did everything to handle the stress well. This is should be the time that you know you are stress but you able to survive it. You should put stress as an inspiration to success and not ever a hindrance.

Do not focus on the stress. Stress means being nervous. Stress is a form of weakness to some of us but in a workplace, it should not be. Stress should be the starting point where you change yourself, you adjust to what is happening, act on it and solve the problem. Stress should always be the start of your strength because stress helps you to become a better version of yourself. Stress even makes you take note of the mistakes you did that is why you always remember not to do the same mistakes again. It even helps you to know what kind of people you are working with and how they act to their own stress.

Meeting deadline is really stressful. Adding to it are the materials you use should come in time. It is a must that everyone around you should cooperate. If one failed to be efficient, your team will collapse. What I did was to organize everything first. I need to know my priorities. I apply time management. I also learned how to delegate the task at hand so I can focus on the job I need to do just to meet the deadlines. I just act on the stress and do not bother to sink because of it.
