Personal Finance : Advice Nobody Tells You

Postby skysnap » 05 Mar 2017, 07:37

When it comes to personal finance, nobody cares about you. And a lot of things you have to learn from others. And they share stuff on internet that way. I think you have to learn how to manage your funds and the finance like this. And something about this nobody is going to tell you. Here are some of the tips that you can learn to apply proper personal finance.

Emergency Funds Use

Emergency funds are meant to pay your bills, healthcare and rent. If possible never use emergency funds for anything other than that. You have to invest the emergency funds in the right way. Many people use emergency funds the wrong way. And they end up being broke. So you have to consider that emergency funds has their limited way of being used. And you should consider using those funds in limited places.

Stock Market

If you are not saving more than 50% of earning into the savings. Then in such case you are not ready for stock market. Never invest into stock market if your earning is limiting you to save. And that means you have to focus on the saving money instead of stocks. You can also pay your debt if you want. Stock market can make a good amount of money. But they need to be used only in case of you not making any loss from the savings. If you do make loss then it's not really worth it.

Expensive Stuff Doesn't Mean Good

Many people tell you buying things expensive means you are doing something good. Expensive stuff does not mean good. It just means you spended more money on things. And that is something you should not do. I think many people buy expensive things just to show status. There are some of the people who are going to spend the money on show off. And that also means you are going to see some loss of money from savings. That's not a good thing so far.

Options or Money

Sometimes when you have the money you have the options. And when you dont have the money then you don't have the options. So the real work is in keeping the options open all the time. That's where the money is going to play it's role. You should consider having money in your savings account first. And this way you get to hold more options. You should avoid having less money because that surely limits your options.

Opportunity

Some of the time you have to go below the level of money making. And then you have to decide if that is going to make money in the future. Besides opportunity is something you have to consider if you are troubling with money. There is nothing wrong with working at mcdonalds. That can surely make you money. So you have to recognize what type of work you are doing as of now and where you can take this work with small opportunities.

These are some of the things nobody is going to tell you. Most of the people avoid telling you good advice. And that means you have to learn some of such things on your own. Hope these tips helps you understand money.

Opportunity knocks on your door once. Open your eyes and ears, once you had missed it, don't complain to GOD that HE didn't help you.

That is the trouble with humans

Finances are a very tricky affair. Most of the time people get money and that just spoil it by buying things that don't even need. But the thing is when opportunities knock at your door take it well and use it wisely. When you don't have another option of getting money, whatever comes your way take it and work around it and you will see things fall into place without trying so hard.
