Every single person here on Earth has the challenged in dealing stress, but first what is stress and what could it do to our life that loses our energy? Stress usually occurs when we are overwhelmed with too many things we do. It is like sitting in the chair and looking at your table with a lot of papers to finish, documents to fax, cleaning emails, that you begin to worry about how you will be able to finish that all. It is like we are in our present moment that we begin thinking of the future scene of our lives and we are not comfortable enough to handle those things even it is not happening.
Remember the quotes from Mark Twain
“I have known a great many troubles, but most of them never happened”
There are two tips that could stop you from being stress out and help you to be more productive.
You can figure out Everything
If you will just have to live in a moment and analyze the problem, you can figure it out how to solve it. Think of the problem one by one; do not think another one while you are on the first one. You need to break it out in pieces to understand it and solve it one by one. Stress is just in our brain. If you just focus it will soon get out because you don’t mind it all, your mind is now at the present things you are doing and needed to solve.
Stop stressing and go engaging on what you could do at present. Flush it out the negative things in your mind and be in the moment now. Ask for guidance, pray for wisdom, drink water, breath in and breath out, comb your hair, do everything to make you calm down and then focus.
Nothing is Worth Stressing Out
The real thing is problems always have a solution. You can start thinking about a problem with a possible scenario without freaking out. Panicking will only need to losing energy. If you lose your energy it means a cell is dying and you start to be unproductive. Stress is the fatal to your productivity. It stops your momentum. These are the 3 things that could help you to avoid stressing out.
1. Meditation. If you could have a minute to 15 minutes in the morning to meditate before starting your day, it will be very good. There are lots of videos on YouTube to help you over. Find videos that are simple and fast that you could do it daily.
2. Eat Vegetables. Avoiding too much carbohydrate will lead us to more productivity and fast action. We will feel lightweight too.
3. Daily Exercise or Stretching. Stretching after Meditation is perfect partners to lighten up your excess baggage from yesterday’s exhaustion. You don’t want to keep them in your body, don’t you. Flush it out with perspiration and let the stretching do the talking.
Remember again, nothing is worth stressing out. Everything will fall into place in the end if you will just focus on what you need to do. Life is hard, don’t make it harder.
