Initial Steps In Finding a Dependable Earning Site

Postby Happyland » 19 Oct 2016, 07:25

The internet has ushered in many opportunities that didn't exist in the past. For example it is possible to earn money online with relative ease and efficiency. All it takes is the click of a button and you will be instantly connected to servers throughout the world on which to earn on a site of your choosing. But how do you choose sites to join? One problem is it is not always easy to determine if a site will live up to its promise. Here are some tips to help in your initial decision.

Is The Site Legit?
One way to tell if a site is legitimate is to find out whether the site actually pays its members. The first thing to look for on a site is detailed information on how to earn, what you will earn and last but not least, what does it take to reach the payment threshold. Check various sources including social media sites to get an idea on what is being said about the site and how satisfied users are. Is membership growing? Look for videos and tutorials on how the site functions. One of my favorite things to search for is payment proof. Recommendations from friends and family can be useful and trustworthy. Now, when it comes to reading reading/watching reviews, tread carefully. Whether good or bad a review can be misleading because sometimes you might know the true source or what is motivating the particular review.

Pay Us First
Does the site ask you to pay to join? It is ironic how someone is looking to use their skills to earn online but he or she is required to pay a fee or make an initial investment. There are countless stories of people who purchased "packs" with promises of huge returns on your money in a short period of time. Many individuals became victims of online investment scams that disappeared with the money. Even if it is an investment I have seen better ways to invest money for the long term such as the capital markets. The only thing worse than a spammer is a scammer.

Value Your Privacy
Get an understanding of a site's views on privacy. There should be a compact privacy policy somewhere on the site which will provide information on how they will handle your data. Will they release it to unaffiliated third parties? The last thing you want is to be bombarded with all manner of spam via e-mail, physical mail, phone calls etc.

Terms Of Service--TOS
TOS will give you an idea of what you can and can't do on a site. Many people have been suspended or banned from sites because they violated the TOS. You should take time to read them so that you will have a better experience. Are the terms of service easy to understand?

Contact Us
There should be a way to contact administration of an earning site through a contact us form or an e-mail address. Reach out and ask questions of administration if necessary. By doing so you will also get an idea on how prompt they are; or, if they respond at all. In your research check how problems of members were resolved.

Copyright
Is the copyright more recent than not?

HTTPS
Does the site provide the connection via https? Https has a better layer of security than http. The more data you reveal about yourself the more secure and direct the communication link should be.

Happy earnings!

Thanks for the tips. I follow most of these whenever I stumble on ANY earning site especially now that it has gotten a lot more difficult to find a legit way to earn online.

Thanks for remind us this. some of the points are very important when joining a new site, they may indicate us if it worth to join or may be red flags that will make me run away from it.

Yeah, they are supposed to pay us; we're not supposed to pay them. Reading reviews is probably one of the best ways for me to decide if I want to join a site or not. I read as many as possible and way the good ones against the bad ones.

For me, I have to look for the testimonies of the users or members. I know they certainly know the performance of the site which they've joined. They know or satisfied for they are paid. From testimonies of the members, I will proceed to check the trust rating of the site from scamadviser site. my personal blog has a 97% trust rating but I have worked it for 5 years now.

It has always amazed me how many people are prepared to join earning sites without reading the terms of service first. It's not uncommon for members of certain writing sites to post questions asking what the rules are when it's all there in black and white if they just take the time to look.

Proof of payment is a difficult one, because a lot of sites pay to start with, but you never know when they're going to stop. I guess the best example was Bubblews but many others have followed the same path.

Thanks for sharing :) I observe your pointers and have to ensure that any new site that interests me ticks those boxes. I would also add to the list the question, will I enjoy working on the site? In fact, this one is pretty big for me, because I don't care how good a site is, if it's something I have zero interest in I won't join it. I also rely heavily on my online friends on the discussion forums I'm a member of, and will often run things by them, even if I've read through reams of reviews.

Any site that shows promise in the beginning can end up messing is up like Bubblews did and now tinycent. For me it is a hit and miss method although what you have pointed out should be kept in mind.

Well, for me I rely more on a review of each site like forumcoin,I decided to join it through good reviews online.N o refer me I just join because of the reviews online and I can't go near sites that need money. Why do I still need to work if I have to pay for the job to be done.I don't seem to get the logic.

Very good, useful tips.I think it is better not to join a site, where you have to invest money. It is not a good start.Because this way they are collecting money from every member so they can pay the other users.
