I apologize but I thought of such topic as a way to keep healthy. AKA: self-help.

Good point, so how about eating Deviled Eggs instead?

I agree @oldbuddy! Deviled eggs are a "sneaky" way of getting in some good nutrition! ;) ;)

Whenever we had office gatherings, there was this one lady who always brought in deviled eggs. We had to control ourselves so that we didn't take too many off the tray. It was important that everyone got some. People who didn't get any would be very upset.

Although I love deviled eggs, there is no way that I can prepare them! So, I really like when a person provides deviled eggs. A real treat!

Yes, I am an elf. You are not going to believe this...

This past summer, I bought an egg cooker at a yard sale. I fell in love with the contraption!

I then went on another yard sale trip and found another egg cooker. I bought that baby.

About 2 months ago, I was talking about my egg cooker to my landlord. He told myself that he wanted to buy himself an egg cooker too.

Bingo! His Christmas gift this year is going to be that spare egg cooker that I bought at that 2nd yard sale!

Santa Claus, you are making this elf work hard!

Aren't yard sales or garage sales the best way to shop? Some of the best furniture can be purchased at those sales.

Yes! This past summer I bought a new chair for my bedroom office at a yard sale! The lady wanted $8.00 but I got her to come down to $4.00!

Isn't that hilarious? YOU KNOW it's already cheap and you probably won't find a bargain like that anywhere else. Yet you have that urge to haggle.

I don't know if this joke or true. But apparently, if you shop at Middle Eastern markets, you NEVER accept the first price that they tell you. NEVER! You always haggle, and try to get the price down. ALWAYS. It's tradition! It's how they do business. Only the ignorant foreigner would actually pay the first price. Even if the price is really cheap, you still have to haggle.

This is a true story. I once visited a business in Miami, Florida that was owned by Jews from Israel. One of the customers was from the Middle East.

Now me? I just go in the store, pick out garments, take them to the cash register, and pay. Right? NOT THAT CUSTOMER!!

The owner of the store had to come out and haggle with them one-on-one. I saw it with my own eyes and almost couldn't believe it. I thought to myself: “I guess it's not a joke!”

This evening, I had egg salad with bacon. My roommate never prepares food. She actually fried the bacon in air fryer for both we girls.

I guess that I have to wait for a million days for her to fry bacon or cook food period again!

By the way, she did not have any egg salad as she only consumes only store-bought and not from the egg farmer.

Bacon makes anything taste better. I once heard a chef say you could put sauteed onions and bacon on a car bumper and eat it.

On elementary school mornings, before catching the bus, my mother would prepare for myself a bowl of Cream of Wheat with a scoop of ice cream on top!

The other kids on the bus smelled like bacon, eggs and toast!

Lately, I have been having a small bowl of egg salad with soup/oyster crackers mixed. Not much to talk about, but tastes good and the crackers bulk up so as to be more filling.

I hope that the egg farmer has more eggs this week!

What is good to mix with egg salad? A way that creates a meal out of the egg salad instead of typical sandwiches?

I worked full-time while raising my kids. They ate cereal with cold milk for breakfast or pop tarts. But on Saturdays, I would get up and fix them a "real" breakfast - grits, eggs, bacon ... the works! :D

I am grateful for my childhood Cream of Wheat with ice cream! I felt good and unique.

Instead of consuming by spoon or with toast, what else can you do with egg salad? I know that I can google, but would like to know from you.
