I don't think glutathione can change your natural skin tone that dramatically genetics are pretty powerful.. But you're right about the health benefits. I've read it's a really strong antioxidant that helps with things like liver function and fighting off cell damage. Probably more about overall skin health than actual color changes.

That's really interesting.. I never knew tomatoes could give you that natural pink glow. It makes sense since they're full of antioxidants and stuff. That sounds way better than trying to get color from makeup more natural and healthy. Plus you're getting all the other benefits of eating tomatoes too.

Isn't it great that these food items that are arguably consumed every day in each household contain this important mineral glutathione?
I think this article should prompt us to become ever more zealous consumers of garlic and onions.
I however have to research on what cruciferous vegetables are.

@Netherrealmer - Incredible! You are loaded with "cautionary" information, and I have never heard of Glutathione. Now that I have heard, I want nothing to do with it.

Garlic and onions are in almost everything we cook so we're getting those benefits without even trying. Cruciferous vegetables are like broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts basically the green veggies your mom always told you to eat.

Right.. Showing pills makes it seem like you have to buy expensive vitamins when you can just eat normal vegetables to get glutathione. I also think that Natural sources are way more appealing and affordable for most people.

There are three types of people who uses this supplement. Number one, people who wants to prevent cancer. Number two, people who wants to look younger. Number three, people who wants to look white.Obviously, the people who wants to look white, and the people who wants to look younger, take this supplement directly because trying to eat foods with glutathione will not be effective. You need to take glutathione directly.
