NFTs with use cases have still value. If you check metaverse like Sandbox, Decentraland, and Axie Infinity, you will see NFTs have value.

Bitcoin which was $68K is now $26K, so it is natural for NFTs values to go down. Unlike other assets that are bought with the hope of selling for higher value, NFTs are more like art that is bought for personal enjoyment.
NFTs that are created as art still have value.

Are people actually buying them for large amounts, or just trying to sell them? Asking prices don't mean a lot by themselves. A product is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Just like rich people buy art, people are still buying NFTs. However, most of the NFTs being sold are not the ones with deformed apes or childish drawings, these are actually digital art with a lot of aesthetics. As far as the price is considered, they are not selling for the same amount that they used to sell for in the past.

Google is on now with AI images. It has just released the feature. This means those who sell AI images as NFT are going to make even more money.
