Indian movies outside Bollywood are good. Not all Indian movies are musical. Mollywood and Kollywood doesn't use eurocentric looking actors, They use dark skinned actors and some of their movies don't have song and dance numbers. .........

Some of the Netflix series are becoming much more popular than Bollywood movies.
Bollywood movies still follow some set paths and Netflix or other series are more realistic and flexible.
However, personally I still prefer content with some exciting drama and not a very bland and realistic realistic content except on some occasions.
Too much realism for me removes the Entertainment quotient for me.
