Well different strokes for different folks... I've always wanted to have a restaurant... A place where people can have fries and chicken with less than a dollar... Restaurants biz is cool.

Honestly, I have never considered entering the restaurant business, at first glance it seems like something fun but after doing it several times it is surely quite frustrating.

Naturally, restaurant or food business is very stressful so one needs to be fully equipped almost at all areas to be able to make a success of it

Restaurant business needs strategy and not ego. It is a business and people don't have to attach emotions to it like the first case study did.

To be honest running a restaurant is stressful and right now i don't think i can deal with that level of stress.
