How to avoid getting demonetized on Youtube 2023

Postby Netherrealmer » 10 Jan 2023, 20:03

You are concerned about the new regulations because your videos on YouTube generate income for you. Making money on YouTube is becoming increasingly challenging from one year to the next. The demonetization of videos is comparable to a disease that is difficult to avoid. How, then, can one avoid demonetization in the midst of such difficult times when Susan W. decided to create a platform on YouTube that is challenging to use?. TikTok is one such alternative to YouTube that has recently emerged, but access to it is currently limited in some countries. Here is what you can do to keep your channel monetized!

1.Watch your vocabulary, There is a released list of words banned on Youtube, If you say these words, You can get demonetize.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... =674179785
You have the ability to self-censor what you say in order to maintain your revenue stream. Because of how quickly the word "sexy" loses its monetization value, some video bloggers now use the word "spicy" or "daring" instead. True Crime bloggers avoid being demonetized by using words like "perish" and "unaliving" rather than "kill" and "murder" in their posts. Watch your pronunciation too because your accent might make the automatic captions of Youtube thinks you are saying the banned words.

2. if you are a game streamer, You may need to censor the gore of the game or turn those scenes black and white. Red liquid have auto demonetization now to stop the uploaders of disturbing content. The A.I though does not know the difference between CGI violence and real life violence. Heck cooking channels got demonetized because their red stews got mistaken for blood.

3.Be careful not to be overly accommodating to families... Although they do not allow adult content anymore, YouTube will demonetize your channel if it contains any children's programming. This is YouTube's lame attempt to put a stop to the Elsagate videos being uploaded to the platform. Because Coppa will assume that you have a children's channel if your videos have an appearance that suggests they are intended for children, comments on your videos will be disabled. Your inability to have comments will cause you to lose a significant amount of money. The use of PG-13 content is the best way to avoid demonetization as well as Coppa.

4.Put up new content on a daily or weekly basis. YouTube no longer gives a damn about content quality. At this point, production is the most important thing. YouTube's internal algorithm gives an advantage to users who regularly upload content.

If the game is violent, you may, for instance, submit footage to sites like Rumble, Lbry TV, or Dailymotion and link to your Youtube channel whenever possible.

I feel that a good dependence on Technology helps.
Yet being overly dependent on Technology can make matters worse.
That is perhaps YouTube's situation as of now.
And yes, even I feel that many a times even a good quality content does not get the response it deserves and perhaps a good focus on quantity might help better.

Be careful with Youtube now as Susan now refunds payment she paid you if a video got demonetized and you fail to dispute.

"Refunds" Payments ??
That is shocking!!
With so much expenses, who would preserve $100 that too if one gets it after a long time.
It is better if Susan personally asks less famous/popular/lesser subscriber base YouTubers to exit.
That would be better than other troubles and insults!
Even good content does not ensures a faster payout!

How is "getting demonetized on Youtube" 'a thing?'

I remember when Youtube was "just another website"---they ALLOWED people with video-tech to share their videos with all the other net-users who could find Youtube.

Sure, Youtube earns money for adverts they display on their website. And I guess they SHARE that money with "qualified" vloggers on there.

Youtube became an earning platform since 2007. Demonetization happened when Pewdiepie made a racist joke, Paul brothers did their controversies, Eugenia Cooney's anorexia is being glamorized on her channel, Elsagate videos became widespread and Coca Cola sponsored a snuff film uploaded on Youtube. Youtube has been profitable since 2007. Shane Dawnson and Nigahiga were the first Youtube millionaires.

Millions made 'on Youtube'? or millions made 'after getting their START on Youtube'?

The best way to practice self-censorship is to see if you can show the content to a 13-year-old kid.
