by Many Aspiring Youtubers wants to be a gamestreamer, singer,asmrtist,Vlogger etc. but so many genres had been over saturated and if there is oversaturation, it is hard to get notice. You are either new or your channel has been struggling for years. Maybe it is time to change your genre. S.S Sniperwolf started a gaming channel but she changed into a reaction channel because she got tired of haters accusing her of not really playing the game even if she does. Genre change though help her channel to be relevant.
There is already an oversaturation in many genres of Youtube so I tried to find some genres with a growing demand but people cannot deliver.
Here are some growing channel genres in Youtube that is not yet oversaturated.
Fandom centric content-
Find a tv,Game or movie franchise with a large fanbase, make weekly vlogs and theories about an upcoming episode, season or sequel. If you will choose a Tv show, choose one with a big fanbase and that is far from getting cancellation. It has to be ongoing and still on air. Content that targets a fanbase is a great jump start because there are people online who are trying to find their fandom. You can expand your channel to other fandom too but it must be a slow transition.
Geekdom101 is a huge fan of Dragonball and all he does is vlog about it with just a single photo and his audio commentary.
Make Money Online
Join a platform and review your experience in that platform if you make money or your got scammed. Reviewing online earning sites, apps and platform is a growing genre in Youtube. Just try joining all platform available and whether you got paid, scammed or got banned, You have a story to tell to people who wants try it. Reviewing only earning platforms, All of you guys are doing it already in this site. I am sure you can do it in video. You must join a new platform in a weekly basis so you can grow your audience.
Positive affirmations.
To make this kind of channel, all you needed are royalty free stock videos, royalty free music. You don't even need to talk or show your face. Just make a inspiring video with positive message that will make your audience more optimistic. With All the depressed people around the world, people are trying to find positivity. You just need to learn some basic video editing tool.
Movie Summary
Watch an older movie and make a summary video using clips from the Movie but replace the audio with your voiceover. You will not be copyrighted if you use the fair use . There are so many people who wants to watch a movie but they are too busy to watch it so they decided to watch a summary and there are people who also watches the summary of movies they had watch.
