For decades, scientific studies on the subject show that in mammals (both animals and humans), sleep is a very important factor for the well-being of the body and mind. Without sleep, the body will not be able to reason or even to move. This is not an innovation to say that a good sleep is essential. The scientific discoveries of the moment are at another level.
In fact, it is reported in a science magazine, that sleep plays a fundamental role with regard to metabolic homeostasis, a natural process in the body that helps maintain constant body fluids necessary for the proper functioning of the body. It is these fluids which allows, among other things eliminate the body of all the toxins that parasitize. During sleep, whether natural or the result of a drug anesthesia, the brain deflates and leaves room for sixty percent of interstitial space and more, compared to the times when the body is in action. This leaves more room for the interstitial fluid to clean up.
The interstitial fluid thus cleans up the active brain of all the toxins that obstruct and could be potentially damaging. In this case, the amyloid or amyloid beta is destroyed. These peptides are proving harmful to the nervous system because they are involved in the development of Alzheimer’s disease. Faced with such discoveries, the term sleep repairman makes sense. How to program your body to sleep? Sleep well; it's also a question of habit. The less we sleep, the harder it is to do work in good conditions. Also, if the sleep is disrupted easily, it is difficult to put in order.
To achieve this, especially if you tend to sleep poorly, consider practical and ritualize your bedtime. For example, try to go to sleep every night at the same time. After a few weeks you will see that your body will not allow, and show you a little signs of fatigue before the sleeping hour.
Gradually limit the activities that will keep your brain alert. If you have to work late, make sure to keep you a little while to you before bedtime. While physically, if you are not at your job, your brain itself does not answer too quickly.
Ask yourself and do something different that makes you to think about something else like food, an office tour ahead or a manual activity. You can also watch an episode of your favorite series on television etc. Before turning off the light, repeat the gestures that reassure you and make you calm for the night. Apply your care creams, read a few pages of a book or novel you like. As a final point, sleep in a room that is free of noise and light, so that your brain is not disturbed and you can sleep in peace.

malot12 that's a new one on me. Do you cut the apple or just leave it whole? Is it something you tried yourself with good results?

But among the best option to sleep well, is to relax and ease your mind. Empty and remove stressful thoughts and events happened. Stop worrying for tomorrows part let it be done accordingly. According to studies, people who can't sleep well has a lot of burdens to think and carry, remove all those. Keep everything one step at a time. If it meant to be, it really will no matter what.
