I was doing research for a writing job
and found out some tidbits about forex trading. Individual traders are really happy about technological advances in the forex market. It's always good when the little people like “Joe the Plumber” can find a legitimate means to create wealth.
FUN FACT: Amsterdam gets the credit for establishing the first Forex Market. Initially, was just a exchange between agents in England
and Holland. However, from that location
and point in time (circa 17th/18th cenury), forex trading spread throughout the world. Forex trading, in the beginning was limited to large financial institutions, but with the development of new technologies in 1990, trading platforms became accessible to everyone. These days individual traders
and investors can also speculate on currencies
and earn a profit.
History of forex and currency trading on the foreign exchange market* On a related note, I see that there a few active threads in this forum about cryptocurrency. Hard to talk about
news and trends in technology without mentioning words like “blockchain”
and “bitcoin”. At many of the forex trading sites they are educating people about cryptocurrency
and making a platform available for trades. For those interested, these articles might prove useful.

You know how people are always talking about how the tech companies only care about making money
and how they have a social responsibility to implement processes that will curtail or even prevent the circulation of misinformation, disinformation, lies.
You'll never believe it! Twitter FLAGGED a Presidential tweet!
Oh no they didn't!!
Oh yes they did!!

Thanks to fears about the spread of the coronavirus people are thinking those driverless cars are not a bad idea! The vans are being used to deliver medical supplies. That's cool huh?

I like a lot of the new cooking technology. I watch a lot of cooking videos
and there's this guy who is always cooking food in something called a Ninja pot.
I think cooking technology is really nice, but my thing is that I probably won't ever buy those tech products for myself. Somebody would have to give me one as a gift. I've been cooking for too long “old school”
and won't make the adjustment unless somebody gives me something to cook in
and I have to learn how to use it.
That being said, I have to admit that Nonja pot looks like it makes cooking easy!

Do you use any of the new tech appliances

FINAL NOTE:
I learned two new words while doing the research to write this article.
WORD 1:
The corona virus has made history as the world's first “infodemic”. It's not an epidemic. It's not a pandemic. It's an
infodemic.
WORD 2:
A person who tries to embrace smart technology for cooking
and especially in order to eat more healthily is called a
Technicurean.
