Yes you passed the interview. You are hired!!! You exceed all of the necessary requirements for the position: you have the education, you are willing to travel, you have the experience, you have your certifications. Best of all you have the right party clothes. You wrote a great interview on your life. Congratulations on putting this together and sharing it with us. Wish you all the best.

As a side note:
I think a great background with a solid resume and good interviewing skills will the help the right candidate stand above the competition. It is also important to give back to the community. One way is to volunteer and share our unique insight with others such as a young mind who is trying to find his or her place in life. As we grow we should reach down and pull someone else up. Each one teach one as the saying goes. Another way to volunteer is by helping to save our planet. This is a worthy goal as well. A life of service is a life well lived. There is nothing greater than this.
What will we be remembered for?

Great words for an ordinary person. I am thankful for approving me for the job  now I don't have to worry in case my company kicks me out of my present job!
Note- I have taken extra care grooming new marketing professionals that joined my team or even other teams whenever they needed my support.

It's good to know more about you through this interview. Though, being together in several sites, I can say that I already know some information you wrote here. A proud father and a good husband, we need more of this kind in our world today.

I think, even now, your post is like a boss only. There may be a few people working under you both when you are in India as well as Australia. Right?

Yes we know each other for last 8 years or so and know almost everything about each other but there is always a scope to know a little more when someone throws a challenge like OldGuy did here. Thanks a lot for your kind words.

Yes we share number of sites and know a lot about each other but there is always something we get to know and know it when the time comes. Like I know a few things about you and your daughter through the posts you share on other sites but there is still a lot to know. Thank you very much for your nice words.

Everyone has his own ways of living their lives so what stops you from posting an interview here (not a joke)

I very much enjoyed reading this Interview, although there are some things about you I knew already since you and I are members in several other online communities. But this post creates a more detailed picture and puts many pieces together. I'm very proud of your daughter too! We parents understand each other. Once we have children, we only see whatever we do in terms of whether or not it helps our child and facilitates their success and happiness!

P.S. Have to admit that it must be pretty cool to own homes in both India and Australia. I'm a tad bit jealous, but in a healthy way. :) <3

Thanks for everything A. Perhaps we know each other for more than 10 years and know almost everything. I know you, your family and and your entire profile.
