Our goal is to get to know our friends and active members a little better. You are invited to ask additional questions, but will only receive answers if the questions are not too personal.
Q: What name do you prefer to use?
A: Alaskah.
Q: How old are you?
A: 21.
Q: Your birthdate? (Month and Day)
A: April 1st
Q: Are you male, female, or other?
A: Female
Q: Married or single? (How long? Anniversary date?)
A: I'm in a relationship and planning a wedding for October 31st, 2021!
Q: Do you have children? (how many? Boys? Girls? Adopted?, etc)
A: No real children, but we do have 4 fur-children! Two cats, two dogs.
Q: Are you a student or adult beyond school?
A: I am currently enrolled at a University.
Q: Who was your favorite school teacher, and why?
A: My favorite teacher was my 7th grade English teacher. She was always so nice and genuinely wanted you to succeed. It was the only class I had ABOVE 100% in.
Q: What is your favorite memory from childhood. Describe.
A: My favorite childhood memory was getting my dog Shania. She was MY dog. We had a dog before but it was more-so my mamas dog. This one was mine. As years passed, she became very protective of me and my love for her was unconditional. Unfortunately my senior year of high school, she passed from cancer.
Q: Do you have any earned college or university degrees? [and if so, describe]
A: Currently enrolled! I'm going for a Criminal Justice B.A. and a Ph.D in Psychology!
Q: Do you work an offline full time job? [and if so, describe]
A: I do not. Everything I do is online!
Q: Are you the boss, or an employee?
A: I am my own boss.
Q: Do you have special skills or training? [and if so, describe]
A: Not really. My University offers training in social services, so I am planning on attending those this fall.
Q: Are you looking for work? [If yes, What kind of work are you seeking?]
A: Kinda - anything that brings in a little extra cash and is online!
Q: Do you support your family? [and if so, describe]
A: I am not the "breadwinner" in the family. My fiance and I currently live with my parents on their property while we save for our wedding and a house of our own. So if you want to include my parents money in the "household", even though it's two separate houses, my dad brings home the most. Out of my fiance and I, it's pretty close, but he brings home $2,000 more than me annually.
Q: Do you own, or rent a home? [and if so, describe]
A: Technically rent. As mentioned in the previous question, we live in a house on my parents original property.
Q: Where do you live? [just what country]
A: United States!
Q: Do you practice any religion? [and if so, describe]
A: I am an Atheist.
Q: Do you have a sense of humor? [and if so, describe. Tell your favorite joke]
A: Touch your finger to your head and say the abbreviation for Montana.
Q: Do you have any hobbies? [and if so, describe]
A: Photography and reading! I'd love to turn Photography into a full-time job.
Q: Do you have a pet? (Name and how you chose it. Pics, etc)
A: As mentioned above, 4!! My photo files are apparently too big, but I'll list them:
- Effie Gwyn, 2 years old, black/orange tortie. I liked the name "Effie" from the Hunger Games! Gwyn just sounded pretty with it.
- Charlie, almost 7 years old, grey. I had her name picked out before I even found her! Not sure why I wanted a cat named Charlie, if I'm honest.
- Tobias Grey, 2 years old, German Shepherd. His name came from both Divergent (Tobias Eaton) and Fifty Shades of Grey (Christian Grey).
- Zelda Nymphadora, almost 4 years old, Shih-Tzu/Yorkie. Her name came from the game Zelda, of course. Nymphadora is from Tonks in Harry Potter. Nobody liked the idea of Tonks, so I compromised with Nymphadora, and we don't call her Nymphadora often because, well... have you seen the movies?

Q: What kind of vehicle do you own and use?
A: I have a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe. I'm looking to upgrade very soon!
Q: Do you use your vehicle just for work or errands, or do you like to travel?
A: Errands mostly. I barely put 2,000 miles on it per year.
Q: If you like to travel, where have you been? (Show some holiday pics)
A: I haven't really left my state at all. I'm in the Midwest - that's about the extent of my travels. I'd love to go to Florida, California, and abroad to U.K, Ireland, etc.
Q: Do you like to fly, go by train, boat, etc, or do you prefer to drive your own vehicle?
A: I have ridden on an Amtrak Train before, the one's that go 80+ mph. I think if I were to travel again, I'd like to go that route.
Q: What kind of things do you like to do for entertainment?
A: I loooove to go to museums, movie theaters, or just sit at home and binge Netflix.
Q: Do you prefer a particular genre of music? [and if so, describe, give some examples]
A: I'm honestly down for just about anything. However, some of my favorite bands that I have literally loved EVERYTHING they have put out are Mayday Parade and I Prevail.
Q: Do you have any favorite food? [and if so, describe]
A: My mama's homemade meatballs and Mac n Cheese!
Q: Are you in good health, or do you have a disability? [and if so, describe]
A: I'd say I'm in relatively good health. I could lose some pounds, but still healthy.
Q: Do you socialize in person, strictly online or a mixture?
A: A mixture. A good majority of my socialization happens online due to my work being online.
Q: What are your favorite social media sites?
A: Facebook for family, Twitter for business.
Q: Do you consider your online activity more as entertainment or more as work?
A: It's work for me! If I'm on my computer, I'm working in one way or another.
Q: Do you rely on your online revenue, or is it just extra play money?
A: I rely on it for sure!
Q: Do you prefer time with friends, family, or being alone?
A: Being alone, to be honest. I don't usually spend a lot of time with friends or extended family.
Q: Do you keep up with current fashions, or prefer to wear your old comfortable garments?
A: I wear what's comfortable to me. Sometimes I may hop on a fashion trend, but only something that's in my style.
Q: What is your greatest accomplishment in life?
A: I graduated High School AND went to College. It doesn't sound like a lot but I struggled to finish HS. I was constantly being bullied and just didn't want to go. As for college, it was never in my plan because I hated HS so much. I actually applied for my University on the night of my graduation for HS. It was totally last minute but they accepted me and I'm so happy they did. College is so much different than HS.
Q: Do you have any personal philosophy in life you want to share?
A: My only philosophy is to live for myself, not for what others think I should do, be, etc. My opinions matter most. I matter most.
