Title: Interview with Ash
We are pleased to interview Ash today.

Our goal is to get to know our friends and active members a little better. You are invited to ask additional questions, but will only receive answers if the questions are not too personal.

Q: What name do you prefer to use?
A: Ash

Q: How old are you?
A: 20

Q: Your birthdate? (Month and Day)
A: 23rd of December

Q: Are you male, female, or other?
A: Male

Q: Married or single? (How long? Anniversary date?)
A: Single (for the moment... )

Q: Do you have children? (how many? Boys? Girls? Adopted?, etc)
A: None

Q: Are you a student or adult beyond school?
A: I am at university at the current moment, studying Computer Science

Q: Who was your favorite school teacher, and why?
A: There was one particular teacher in my primary school. She was strict when we were not the greatest but overall she was amazing. She cared about us, helped us out and had a system where if we were good, every last period on Friday would be a free period where we could do whatever we wanted.

Q: Do you have any earned college or university degrees? [and if so, describe]
A: Just GCSE's and A-Levels. Currently at University.

Q: Do you work an offline full time job? [and if so, describe]
A: Not at the moment although I am looking for a part-time job whilst I'm at university.

Q: Do you have special skills or training? [and if so, describe]
A: Not really. I'm a pretty quick typer (around 100 words per minute). I'm also good at coding and gaming.

Q: Are you looking for work? [If yes, What kind of work are you seeking?]
A: I am looking for work but mostly just part-time work as I'm still at university and time is an issue. I'm not really looking for anything in particular, just anything that pays well.

Q: Where do you live? [just what country]
A: London, UK

Q: Do you practice any religion? [and if so, describe]
A: No

Q: Do you have any hobbies? [and if so, describe]
A: Websites and Gaming. I love creating projects and then selling them off for a profit. And in my free time, I love to play games on the PlayStation 4.

Q: Do you have a pet? (Name and how you chose it. Pics, etc)
A: Not at the moment but we do want to get a dog one day. Maybe a Chow Chow or a Husky.

Q: Do you like to fly, go by train, boat, etc, or do you prefer to drive your own vehicle?
A: Depends on where I'm going. A nearby country like France? Then the train. Another country that is further away? Then a plane.

Q: Do you prefer a particular genre of music? [and if so, describe, give some examples]
A: I don't mind a lot of music genres really. But my top one has to be Grime which is a sort of UK Rap. I also love Pop and Hip Hop.

Q: Do you have any favorite food? [and if so, describe]
A: Meat in general. My favorite has to be Venison.

Q: What are your favorite social media sites?
A: Twitter & Reddit.

Q: Do you consider your online activity more as entertainment or more as work?
A: A bit of both. I spend most of my time just doing odd jobs here and there online to fund extra purchases like technology and clothes. It allows me to buy expensive things without having to worry about how much they cost.

Q: Do you rely on your online revenue, or is it just extra play money?
A: Answered above really. It's just extra play money.

Q: Do you keep up with current fashions, or prefer to wear your old comfortable garments?
A: Current fashions. I love my branded clothing.

Q: What is your greatest accomplishment in life?
A: Creating Hive Gamurs from scratch including the forum that is one that site. I used Python & Flask to create Hive Gamurs and it was amazing to see it slowly grow.

Q: Do you have any personal philosophy in life you want to share?
A: Don't postpone things. Want to buy that nice jacket? Buy it. Want to go skydiving? Do it.

Great Interview!! Your skill in Python and other Technologies would help you a lot.
Overall, is the job scenario good in UK for coders and Programmers, or are companies having lower IT Budgets?

Thank you ptrikha. The job scenario is actually great at the moment for coders and programmers with many companies looking for people with these skills. The market is quite competitive right now for these positions as well which means they have big budgets to pay us well.

I don't know anything about the US but in the UK, there is no such thing. You can do whatever you want whilst pursuing your degree. If you want, you can work part time. If you want, you can do nothing ;)

My friends said cost of living is quite high as compared to India which makes it more difficult to survive without part time job. And there is a clause which states that one need to have a internship/part time job to clear a session.
