Kinda annoying that I replied to an old thread I made and the last post was mine so the reply just added to the edit of the last post instead of becoming a post on it's own, despite the previous post being months old. Shame since there could be more discussion but this way nobody will see it. So my suggestion would be to not merge posts if significant time has passed between them.

Can you link to the topic where this happened? As far as I am aware, all forums should be set up to only merge 2 posts together when less than 24 hours have passed from the time from the previous post direct before.

Thanks, It should be fixed now. The settings for that forum were not correctly set up when the forum was added.
