If they don`t have enough FC in their account, they can send you money via PayPal or Bitcoin.

There is more than one way to "donate" ForumCoin to someone. The donate link at the bottom of your name might be considered a shortcut; however, if someone sends you a message indicating that they've completed a task you might want to use the option offered by Masterminor.

An example would be:

If I post an offer in the "Other Member Ads" telling people that I will pay them X amount of ForumCoin to comment on my blog they can send me a message via this site to tell me they've completed that task. After I verify, I can "donate" X amount of ForumCoin to them to complete that transaction.

This is a win/win situation where the person who wants blog comments can benefit from those who want ForumCoin.
