I have been including this content as a PS with anything I send to newer members with less than 20 posts. I do not recall any particular topic posted with this detail but thought it might be appropriate to include this statement in the “Useful ForumCoin Links” topic, either in any existing site topic or as a new locked topic in your own words.

The personal message system allows members to have private conversations with other members that are not visible to any other member. For example, use the pm system for completing advertised trades or private commentary about posted content. You are not permitted to use the pm system for mass marketing. You are limited to sending 10 messages within a single hour. Content exchanged via the pm system may be reported for any abuse in the exchange.

New members may receive and read a personal message as soon as they join ForumCoin but may not send any message until they have contributed 20 posts to the site. However, the pm system will automatically open for them with that 20th post. The delay is part of the site security system.
