I have a challenge for you guys.

First is to improve the quality of your replies, I know most of you can't create threads so you rely on replying. Your reply must add new information to the topic instead of a generic non sense . Interact with a member, reply on their opinions as in debate someone or agree with someone while adding new content.

Second is to concentrate replying on New threads as in threads from 2020!! So New threads won't be buried to page 2.

Nothing is wrong with replying on old threads but reply on a classic old thread, when we say classic its timeless. Dont reply on old threads that are dated like the threads about earning sites that don't pay anymore.

I am willing to give some reputation points and even fc to the low reputation people who will clean up their act and try to improve.

First of all, you have to define this. What do you mean by "low reputation"? Below 200, or 150 or 100 or still below 100?
Second, 9 out of 10 members here do not proofread what they have written before hitting the submit button. What you propose to with that?

The biggest problem with paying forums is people post just to make coins regardless of whether they have anything that adds value. If you try to stop that it often drives people away or they will just keep going until they get negative reputation points and leave anyway. Most of the non paying forums like Quora have good quality posts because they only post if they have something relevant to say.

Didn't OldGuy give out coins for improved quality? I seem to remember him trying something similar. Has he left as I notice he hasn't been here for a while?

The zeros and negatives, They had been getting negative reps from for mass bumping with useless comments. Discussions created in 2020 don't deserve to be in page 5.

Last time he was active 20 Jun 2020, 03:50. Fergal reported he had some technical problems but looks maybe something else come up to.

By far only one person changed ways. I just realize how professional I am. There are people who severely dislike but their post is high quality and doesn't break any rules so I have to give them a reputation point.

I try to put in something substantial most of the times. There were some type of discussions on which I was just giving thumbs up and simple responses, but on Oldguy's suggestion, I changed my ways.
I agree that if we do not have anything substantial, we need not respond.

I saw a lot of those spamming links to stuff over and over get banned.
I think reported one post like that I saw.

Well said bro. I will personally work on this in the coming few weeks. I have been offline for a while. Even though am an old member from years back.
Am hoping to contribute more positively to the community in the coming weeks. The pandemic has pinned us down, we can only contribute positively online now!

Initially I was not very keen on the reputation functionality. This is a good heads up!
