Erm, from what it looks like, anyone can change thread prefixes in any forum, even in topics that aren't theirs. Is it supposed to be like this?

Update, George I have made some small changes to the permissions. Can you please let me know if this is still an issue?

If it is, please give me an example of a forum section where it occurs and the prefixes it is allowing you to add.
