No forum coins won't be deducted unless you receive negative reputation points so even if you are away for a year your forum coins will be the same.

What JASPREET said is right.

We do not punish users for taking a break unlike some other sites so even if you take a year long break, you will be able to carry on from where you left off.

Jaspreet wrote, "forum coins won't be deducted unless you receive negative reputation points", which you also agreed and approved. This indicates that a user member will lose one or two forumcoins on getting a negative reputaion point. If so, does a user member also earn one or two forumcoins when he/she gets a positive, that + reputation point? If not, why not? Just curiosity! :)

Thanks for your question raaman, in the past we awarded ForumCoin in return for positive reputation. Unfortunately some members abused this and it cost us money., hence we removed it. OldGuy runs a contest that rewards members for positive reputation and we do plan on introducing something in the future, that would reward members with good reputation, with additional ForumCoin.

Hi. Can someone hack your account and steal your forum coins? Has there been such a case?

While it is possible, aslong as you have a secure and unique password and are careful that when you visit us that you are actually accessing ForumCoin.com and not someone impersonating us then you should be safe. I can’t think of any case where this has happened in the past but it is a possibility however the above steps should reduce the risk massively.
