The year 2019 is gone. It is history now. Personally, I do look back at some of the moments when life looked to be rosier in 2019, than in 2020.
Yet, there is no use keeping on looking back.
Similarly, we might have had ups and downs, positives and negatives while spending our time here.
We might have had lean periods, or up times.

Yet, we need to now look forward.
So how about some discussion or article ideas on various forums here :
1.Sports events - Cricket, Football, Tennis, Badminton, Field Hockey, Baseball. And off or on field news about Sports people, with own opinion thrown in.
2.Product Reviews - Well, would that new umbrella of yours has something special? Or that new jacket of yours at a store made you feel relaxed and positive.
3.World and local news - Well, by local I don't want you guys to start sharing stories of how your new neighbor
Peter bought a new pet, or your neighborhood Alex broke up with Martha.

Yet some new bridges, environmental initiatives, elections etc.- won't they spice up things here?
Check CNN and international news like changes in World Bank Policy, Australian Forest fires etc- they all would make this site much more happening.
4.New Technological and scientific innovations or breakthrough - Some people already share them, but one can explore more such stuff.

For help, one can checkout CNN news, BBC news, Times of India, Al Jazeera site, Wall Street Journal etc.

I already tried with football (soccer) topics but it didn't past well. Here are my 4 topics. In two I didn't get any response. I one I got 2 response and my is third. In best I got 11 total. So I give up from football. Better are topics about tech.

I have to agree with point 3. It doesn't really appeal to me but I can't speak for everyone. There may be people who enjoy taking a glimpse into other people's mundane lives Different folks, different strokes and all that jazz.

Yes, I think it's safe to say we all can relate to these issues and have our say on them. This could work for us, I believe as it doesn't really take too much to have an opinion on a current matter.

Maybe you can do that by bumping new threads and articles instead of discussions of a certain banned member. We have diverse topics, people just like the generic easy to answer ones.

And anyways, news and events are always getting updated, so we can always have something new.

I had not read your thread. But I receive so much information via eMail about tech news that I decided to start writing articles about this topic. So you made a good suggestion.

As for comments made by @fergus1234, since I am an approved article writer I know it takes effort and time to write an informative and interesting post that people will read and comment on. It is very frustrating when your articles get buried. I do my best to try to support my fellow article writers.

It is left to the Forum to take decisions When there are threads such as 'Before Admin' or whatever and scores of such posts with no quality, everything else seems fair

There should be some sort of compensation if a person is first commenter. This will encourage people to prioritize zero responded discussions.

Oh, I got you. Actually, I did had some online communication with him earlier, and had advised him to adhere to the rules. But well, he had his own thoughts, and did not slow down.
