Finding new and original topics to discuss

Postby sprite1950 » 19 Nov 2019, 06:16

I think one of the hardest parts of belonging to a forum is thinking of topics that haven't already been discussed. When a forum has been around for a while pretty much everything has been chewed over apart from new sites that are up and coming. How do you go about finding new topics?

There are many subjects in this world and each subject has many branches. So easily we can find new topics from them. The more our lifestyle changes the more problems we face in every field day by day. I will just select one issue and put it as a discussion for which i will get the response and i will solve my problem

We can find one topic to be discussed daily but it takes time to think about it and write in a way so others can understand and reply.

Even I am not but I think Anil and Sprite we should try to make at least 1 thread daily so we will have few new topics so everyone can help each other

I am not a pro when it comes to posting new discussions that's why I just reply to someone else's post. Every topic I have in mind has been already discussed.

As far as money goes it's always easy to find something new to talk about. For example there are always new sites and apps offering money. It's fun to talk about if they are legit and pay, hard to use easy to use. Or talk about online companies that pay people to work online and if they pay well how hard it is etc.
Also it's good to talk about the scam sites, and expose the bad sites. I think there is always something new to talk about and interesting topics to create. We just have to think about it for a moment.

Many of the ones I make are about things I come across in daily life. Other times it's from random thoughts that flash through my mind, lol. I don't really attempt to find something to discuss. Even the ones in the computer section came from things I saw on YouTube, Facebook, BBC, and other random websites I visit. The only thing is that I might not be moved to write about it immediately, so I save it somewhere and then one day when I'm in the mood I put it up for discussion. Even now, there is one I saved over several months now and still haven't gotten the push to write about it yet. If someone writes about it, I'll join in the discussion but if not I'll initiate the discussion. It's one of those topics that will not fade out just yet so there's still time.

For the most part though, it's a matter of staying tuned to what's going on around now. Something else always pop up.

That's how I feel about the internet most of the time, let alone this forum. It feels like every question has been asked already and responded a million times. It's pretty weird when you think about it.

Inspirations and ideas comes from different activities, places and our engagements that one can easily draft out a topic of discussion. You could encounter a new thing and throw up for opinions.

I feel we may talk about a topic which may be repetitive in nature, but the fact is that the topic may have 360 degrees of angles to discuss about so in my opinion the chances of getting repeated discussion on a similar topic is very rare unless it is not done deliberately!

We learn from others comments that a change is being affected by the website and we can ask the user our doubts so that should be allowed

Regular change in site make it more interesting, so we all welcome new change in site. I want to reply at least on 5 new topics every day.

Users who are active on different websites and try to keep up with the changes can post more topics and comments because they have comparatively more things to say than other users.
