I requested to exchange my forumcoin to paypal

Postby janube12 » 26 May 2015, 03:27

I requested to exchange my forumcoin to paypal by sending a private message to sir Fergal but until now I didn't got any response from the admin, I've requested it 3 days ago so I don't know what happened. My forumcoin remained here and I don't know what to do with it except exchanging it to paypal. I already sent him my paypal email address and already read his post about exchanging forumcoin to paypal. Thank you!

As above, send the PM to Fergal again. We do get alot of PM's daily so it is possible that your PM got missed accidentally. Usually payments are made within 24-48 hours.

Firstly you have only requested your payment by the looks of it less than 20 hours ago at about midnight for Fergal so please give a bit more time for him to sleep, go to work for the day and to get around to sending the payment before crying scam. Secondly you didn't follow the instructions as you actually donated the ForumCoin to Fergal rather than just sending a PM to him with your PayPal information.

For those screaming scam then head over to the payment proof section. Your not even worth a copy and paste so go find it.

Hi janube12, I'm really sorry, I have just seen this thread now and have sent on the payment to you. I checked through my PM's and somehow your request was missed, not sure why that happened, but I had actually paid a lot of members who requested payment before and after you. Sorry again  as others have said we do normally pay much quicker, it was just an accident that your request was missed.

Thank you so much for the reply sir Fergal and for the payment. I received it and I'm sorry for posting this thread.

First of all I joined this site and treat it as my home because I believed that I can contribute here. Thank you so much all for the concern by replying in this thread =)

Yeah it is not a scam. We have to remember this is not some automated service. Fergal is a human with other commitments as well after all. But yes the payment proof section is enough proof in my opinion to know this site pays :D

But seriously, i did the same thing yet my FC remains the same for like more than 12 hours now. I just want to ask something, do i need to donate the FC points first before sending a PM or vice-versa? I'm sorry but this is my first time to redeem and I got to be completely honest that I didn't donate the points to Admin Fergal yet and just send a PM thinking that they will auto-deduct it in my points. I felt ashamed right now about this :(

Edit : admin Fergal already read my PM since it was cleared on my outbox. I really think I'm missing something significant right now to actually redeem my points.

They will auto detuct next time first see weather fergal is online then request the payment it will be paid within an hour. You can see at bottom of the forum weather he is online or not.
Many sites take 24hrs to pay you should not complaint about it as Admin does manual payments.

All you have to do is send a PM. Fergal will remove the required forumcoin. As mentioned many times on the forum (and this topic), payments take 24-48 hours usually but can take up to 72 hours. All payments are sent manually and accounts are checked prior to payments being sent. Even if you PM is read, doesn't mean that the payment should have been sent.

Just to add to what CyberFreak said above, I have a PM from you, which I received approx 25 hours ago. I haven't opened or read it yet.
