I've noticed that a lot, if not all banned users (from what I've checked) still have ForumCoin in their accounts. Whether this is symbolic/archival purposes or not, I don't have a clue.

Now if hundreds of ForumCoin is just sitting in banned user's accounts, shouldn't we just "seize" it from their accounts and redistribute it? The way I see it, it's a win-win for everyone.

If my idea is ignorant, feel free to point that out.

Just something random that popped out in my head... Don't know why/how, to be honest.

In theory it does seem like a good idea but typically users are banned for alot of reasons and one of the main reasons is cheating... specifically multiple accounts. As they are basically defrauding us, it wouldn't really be fair on us to then pay their fraudulent earnings to other people. Kinda like someone stealing money from your bank account and rather than the bank returning the money to you, they say we will share the money between all the other account holders. You the victim would lose out.

Really any balances banned users have is not legitimate earnings as they have been doing something against our rules to be banned. The only exception would be users who ask to have their account disabled or banned but this is rare and is usually the result of a dispute/in protest against something we done.

Never distribute the points, or money free to anyone. People get used to free and then they don't value that platform anymore. This is the reason those threads with free points and giveaways is also bad.

I agree with the admin.. It is ethically and morally correct.. But should not they given their money before banning them?

I understand that. But if they were defrauding you, at the very least, shouldn't the administration here at ForumCoin reclaim it? The admins here administrate the currency. It would be morally right to retrieve back something a person has taken from you if their's a legal process to do so. They can't come back...

I do agree with this statement. This is true. Earnings received from fraudulent act or gained from cheating, are not legit earnings. Therefore, they don't have value and they shouldn't be divided among the legit users for they don't work at it. It is very unfair for the FC to do it. My only suggestion is that banned members should be deleted from the site. In so doing, their fraudulent earnings would go with the wind too.

The cheaters? No. Why should they be rewarded for cheating? The people who leave voluntarily for one reason or another? No because we have a minimum withdrawal amount that all users have to follow and if we reward every user who says they are leaving with an early payment, everyone will do it as a way to get an early payment by saying they are leaving yet come back a week later under a new account. Everyone can see how the site works before registering so paying users early because they want to leave is not our problem to handle.

We treat all users the same no matter if they are happy here or not.

I feel that it is not good to distribute things for free. And what would be the criterion for their distribution?? How to be fair with all??

How can that be done , if people are trying to make money by cheating the site and by cheating the system? They are not earning the money by putting in the hard work! They are getting the ban in the form of punishment so question of getting payment which they managed by illegal practice doesn't arise at all!
