No you don't have to reply each and every post you get on your thread unless you find interesting or you find something needs to be cleared. Although I have no limitation of posts on this site but I answer/post only when I have something worthwhile that adds to a discussion.

It is always good to revert back to the responses but it is not a compulsion. You can get back if you find it interesting or if you have something to reply back. But here there is a limitation on the number of posts and the points that you score from different sections also differs. So you have to use your time and post more wisely.
