Reputation points only give you some idea of how the site community views your content. There is no added compensation involved. If you post content that another member likes, they can give you a positive reputation point. If you post content that somehow offends another member, they can give you a negative reputation point. If you are not averaging at least one positive reputation point for every ten posts, the community is telling you that you need to do better.
The site administration and moderators often give out both positive and negative points as deserved. If your content seriously offends one of them, they can give you a negative 50 reputation points in a single hit and ban you from the site. It is important to read the FAQ pages to make sure you adhere to site rules.
Hugop was a site moderator in 2016 and had made an offer of 10 FC for exceeding 50 reputation points. Those rewards were paid from private funds of that moderator, not from the site. That offer was withdrawn when that moderator moved on to other interests.
The only offer currently available that I am aware of is an offer made to those with a lower than the site average score at 10%. That is to work to improve your content enough to raise your score at least one full percentage point and earn a 10 FC reward. Details are at
