Can anyone here give me a DETAILED information about this site?
I've been trying to understand this site for quite some time now but I just can't still understand it.
- on how does it pay? how can I REALLY WITHDRAW my earnings EXCEPT on PayPal? And does it pay in BTC or any cryptocurrency?

First of all, be welcome to forum coin.
As @Cyberfreak alrady explained forumcoin can be used as a virtual currency, but you can also receive money in your paypal account or bitcoins. Depends on what you prefer.
