-Member of the month will get FC's/Forum Services/Virtual Goods

-Blogs and Groups(not moderator,admin,etc this is just a group that can created by the member) at the forum

We can create a blog at the forum
We can create a group at the forum
This group is opened all members can join (have to ask the group creator for the permission to join)
We can use this group just for fun only (in group we can post images,discussions,etc)

If FC add group system, then we can have a "Group Of the Month" contest

I think that it's not necessary. A blog needs very much work and FC doesn't have staff members. There are only 2, so how many articles can they do? Maybe in the future, I suppose. Also, about the group, I feel that it's not something interesting that will attract visitors.

I think to attract visitors, competitions must be organized weekly, monthly and yearly. The cash rewards will definitely attract the visitors.The forum will also progress..

Thanks for the helpful suggestions, we won't be implementing those immediately. However, we will keep them in mind as we grow and expand the forum.
