No you can’t I believe it has to be the same email as forum coin account because they add the coins right away to your account.

No one is forcing you to use it. That said, if you are willing to contribute some FC out of your own pocket to fund it, feel free. That is what I do to keep it running.

You can use different usernames, emails and passwords. The only connection there needs to be is that you must enter your forumcoin.com username into the box asking for your forumcoin.com username when registering. It is this that connects the two accounts to allow automatic and instant payments.
