I once successfully registered on a site but before I could even start posting on it, I got a 'lifetime ban'! I was very upset and sounded out some online friends, who assured me I'd had a lucky escape, as the site was a known scam! I was so relieved to hear that, I saw it as a blessing in disguise.

I just figure if I got banned, it's probably a mistake, or maybe I nudged the line a little, since I've been known to get a little hot headed. I try to restrain myself these days though. I'd make sure people knew why just to keep them from speculating. A lot of people tend to think the worst when something like that happens, so I'd want to clear it up.

I probably would, although I'm having trouble imagining what I'd do to get banned in the first place. I'm sure it could happen, as everyone makes mistakes sometimes. I don't think I've ever gotten banned from a site before!

It's a learning curve. I never really planned to start working online. But lack of success in finding a job outside of home caused me to rethink my "employment possibilities". So I figure when my accounts get deleted, that it was probably me. I screwed up something!

So I wait. Then I go back, beg forgiveness and ask if I can try again.

I used to belong to a site called Traffic Micro. I liked it because it was different. We used to have to copy and paste different links and then come up with a website name which we had to paste in a box and for our efforts we got paid over a dollar a day. It usually amounted to around 10 tasks a day.

One day the site just disappeared. No one could log in and it seemed the site had failed. A few months later it re-opened. I worked on it for a short while until their support came online and told me my account was banned! I was mortified but then discovered that several friends, all from the UK, had received the same message so I think they just got rid of all UK users.

It would depend on whether it was my fault that I was banned. If I did something wrong and received a temporary ban then yes I would come back. After all I did something wrong, so I was punished for it. If the ban was for an unjustified reason, then no I wouldn't come back. I think sometimes owners feel that they can do whatever to someone and it doesn't matter. Some are just not ethical in their practices.

I wouldn't if its Temp or perm Ban its still a ban but I think if its like a new user join they make 1 mistake the deserve like a warning if it continues then ofc it can be a Ban.

Since it is "temporary", of course I would go back. I wonder some break the rules here. Among all forum sites I have joined, this site has the simplest rule, and less strict.

I would come back after all I like the forum. However, I wouldn't be happy if I have been innocently banned(temporary). So, I may return, I may not. It depends on my mood also.

Well it depends on my mood, ban from a site is such an insult for me because I try my best to follow up the rules and try my best to being honest, if accidentally I get ban then I can be back though it depends.

I can't imagine myself doing anything really bad. I know that if I received a ban it would be for speaking my mind too openly and perhaps being a little rude to someone who had upset me. For this reason I would choose my words very carefully and try and avoid a slap on the wrist from admin!

Pretty sure I come back. Everyone of us made mistakes sometimes but we should be very careful. Not a big deal anyway it's temporary ban. But if this truly happens to me, I surely cry, it's the feeling of losing someone you love...
