I only comment when I have something to add to the discussion. I don't believe in commenting just for the sake of posting. I want to contribute to the community, not just post random comments to earn.

So yes, more often that I'd like, I come to read and leave without commenting xD

Whenever I come here and I always try to think of commenting on something but I have started my career as freelance writer and I am new here so there are a few things I don't know about yet. Hence, I hesitate from commenting because I am not sure what to comment. I comment whenever I can. I will learn and comment more very soon.

When I come to FC, I'm usually aiming to comment, but sometimes I'll only do 1 or 2. Other days I might do more than 10 - if I find more interesting topics then I'll post more replies!

I like to try and get in my 10 post a day but sometimes I don't or do less then that. It really depends on the day and how busy I am. Today for instance I am in a very productive mood so I am posting and reading.

Nah i always post comments, I never leave the forum without having posted at least one comment, i m very expressive and i don't keep my opinions within myself, so i will just put into words that's the very reason why I join forums.

Well I do, sometimes I come buy read a post can't find anything constructive to say and decide not to comment on it. I mean I don't want to be spamming anything. There are also times when I am bored out of my skull and don't want to do anything other than just read.

I read more than I comment sometimes, but I usually try to get my 10 posts in (sometimes, it's less). The only time I come to read specifically with no plans to comment, is if I'm looking for something specific. There have been discussions that I've come back to reference for other things.

There are some post that are interesting but unfortunately I don't have the brains to share something because of out of experience. I rather read it to know it, than commenting and it will not be useful. But sometimes, I post like that. I read it and leave a comment that I don't know what it is but I left question. If I don't know, I read it out of curiosity.

Yes, it really depends. There are things I comment, but really don't see a point in commenting on an arguement I have no knowledge about so I read it and see if I can learn something new.
